Dear coordinators,

I would like to inform you that Philip (in CC) is taking my place as discussant for the paper session “63 Scientific Practice: Spinoffs and firm entry”.

Still, I will present our paper “Striking a discordant chord: dispersion within tmt’s executive compensation structures and organizational ambidexterity” in session “30 Organizational behavior: Executive compensation”.

We hope this does not cause too much trouble and we are looking forward to attending the conference next week!

All the best,

Benedict Meyer
