[Druid] Druid 2018 paper removal

Dear Druid team, I hope this email finds you well in these difficult times. I would like to ask if you can remove my paper "CEO overconfidence, compensation and extreme innovation outcomes" from the Druid 2018 homepage (paper # 4445; https://conference.druid.dk/acc_papers/ko6v5n8bfa46jri4qn47ts5c5tt3ij.pdf). We trying to submit an improved version of paper to a journal, which informed us that we have to remove the Druid version before it can enter the review process. Kind regards, Jan
