Just to confirm the below, could you please let me know if I can discuss no earlier than June 14^th as I arrive on the 13^th in the evening? Also, my flight is at 5pm on Wednesday the 15^th – could I please present my paper in the morning on the 15th? Apologies about this, I tried my best to change the dates on the system but couldn’t seem to be able to.

Dear Organizers,

 

I registered for the conference - I’m not sure why, but the system does not allow changing arrival/departure dates. I cannot make it on the 13^th of June and can only be in Copenhagen from Tuesday June 14^th – Wednesday June 15^th 2.30pm, as my flight takes off at 5pm back to Milan (I have a conference in Milan next day).
