Emne: Re: Enquiry about availability of the submitted paper via DRUID websiteDear Mark,Many thanks for your prompt reply. I couldn’t find the place where I could delete it in “My paper submission”. Could you kindly let me know how to do this, please? Please see the screenshot attached. Thank you so much. :-)I apologise for any convenience caused - the conference I usually attend only publish the abstract not the full paper. That’s why I’d like to withdraw my submission here, please.Best wishes,Meng

Yes, your paper will accessible to other accepted and registered conference participants. If your paper is not accessible in this way, the two assigned discussants and the other participants in your paper session will have no way of providing you with comments, and nobody else in the conference can offer you their opinions.
The scientific community works through sharing and discussing work. Hence, you will find that all scientific conferences are designed that way. You are welcome to withdraw your paper. You can simply delete it from your conference profile.
Kind regards

Emne: [Druid] Enquiry about availability of the submitted paper via DRUID websiteDear Sir/Madam,
Hope you’re all well. I’ve just submitted my paper Paper ID: 70644 to DRUID24. It’s my first time submission, and I only got to know from the automatic email saying the following:Submission of a paper grants permission to DRUID to place it on the conference website. Submitted papers might be screened for plagiarism and action will be taken in severe cases as specified in 'Terms and Conditions' shown at the bottom of conference website.
I also found this in Terms and Conditions:
6. Submission of a paper grants permission to DRUID to include it in the conference material and to place it temporarily on the conference website (accessible only to DRUIDs after login). The copyrights over the paper belongs exclusively to the submitting author, who can request that the paper is removed from the conference websites one month after the closing of the conference to which it was submitted.
Does this mean that the full paper could be accessed by anyone registered in DRUID24 when logging in, please? If this means that the full paper would be published in DRUID website, which I’m not willing to do, how could I cancel and withdraw my submission, please? Thank you very much.
Best wishes,Meng Song
