After our experienced technician analyzed the fabric, he came out a conclusion that it is made of 40D yarn, produced by 3 bars machines, choosing the right machine model and upload correct craft data, then our production team manager can easily produce this greige fabric. After dyeing for finished product, we can post this sample to customer for approval. So the whole process only takes 5-7 days. Well，it makes easily and quickly to confirm the final sample.
