Just a quick note about the Symposium before you depart for the seasonal break.

In discussing the challenges our CEO members face, quickly establishing an agreed method of working with an incoming or new President / Chair was considered critical for the association's success. Our 3rd Association Leaders Symposium 2024 in January, brings together Executive Directors and Presidents/Chairs, specifically to overcome these issues, as well as ensure priorties are agreed and decisions are made by the board in a logical and data-driven way.
