Dear DRUID18 conference organizer,

I am writing to request for an invitation letter for VISA purpose. I apologize that I have sent several emails over the last a few days, but I have not received replies.

As you can see from the message below, I have submitted a paper, registered for the conference, and paid for registration fee. To ensure my participation in the conference, I now need an invitation letter to secure administrative approval from my institution and apply for VISA.

The main purpose of the letter is to confirm that I have submitted to and will participate in DRUID18 which is held in Copenhagen from June 11-13.  You might state that I will cover all the cost for participation with my own funding.

Please understand that this request is urgent because there is a lengthy administration process can take up to two months.
