I would like to ask if it is possible to remove a working paper, once presented at the Druid Conference, from the conference website. It concerns this conference paper: http://conference.druid.dk/acc_papers/rckidvn6qql9ko6iat2dpks67cje.pdf 

Normally i would not mind sharing this working paper, but journals are currently concerned about such working paper versions being publicly available (including a journal i'm currently dealing with). If preferred, it could be replaced by a simple statement that the working paper is available upon request so i can e-mail it to whomever interested.
