• Medical Association Meeting: half days of specific issues and challenges
• Skills of coaching - to lead your team with a different approach that is highly effective for success
• Skills of public speaking - enhance your speaking skills to increase effectiveness
• Inform yourself of developments of leading associations, so you are best placed to develop your own successful strategy

Social events include the Welcome Reception in the garden of the Palazzo degli Affari and the Congress Party in the centre of Florence on second evening.
