Subject: RE: DRUID21: Your submission

Hi,

The lead author of the below submission is a doctoral student (myself). The other two co-authors are faculty members.

However, during the submission, there are only 2 options to declare:

Is this submission authored by PhD students only?”

(1) Not a PhD paper, and (2) A Phd Only Paper (authored only by PhD students). As a result, I had to choose “This is not a PhD paper”.

According to the DRUID website: “Best paper awards. Accepted papers authored or co-authored by doctoral students will be considered for the Steven Klepper Award for Best Young Scholar Paper…”

In this case, the paper below is co-authored by a doctoral student. Will it be eligible for such an award? If yes, did I declare correctly during my submission? Please take a look and advise accordingly.

Thank you.

With regards,

Khoa
