Summer School on Platform Economics (July 18-22, 2022)

The Collaborative Research Center TR 224 EPoS at the Universities of Bonn and Mannheim and the Mannheim Centre for Competition and Innovation (MaCCI) invite applications by Ph.D. students and recent post-docs for a Summer School on Platform Economics in Annweiler, Germany, from July 18-22, 2022.

During this summer school Julian Wright (National University of Singapore) and Martin Peitz (University of Mannheim) present recent theoretical advances in the economics of platforms. Each day there will be one morning lecture complemented by two student presentations with ensuing discussion. Tutoring sessions are offered in the afternoon.

Students at the summer school can apply to present their unpublished work on platforms – this work can be a completed working paper or an incomplete draft, theoretical and empirical work will be considered.
