Hi Bart & Jana

Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the conference and mistakenly assumed that Bart would be presenting his paper in DURID. As a result, I emailed DURID and requested the withdrawal of our paper. However, I have not received a response from them, and I noticed that the paper still appears on the program page and in my conference account. Since Bart is a co-author who registered for the conference, it might explain why it is still listed.

Considering Bart have already registered for the conference and available to present our paper, in that case, I can send another email to DURID, informing them that we have a registered co-author who will be presenting the paper, and request them to retain it in the program.

I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. Please let me know and I will send an email to the conference organizers to not remove the paper.

Apology once again Bart!

Best, Nimra

Dear all

Because the lead author of our paper who was my phd student has no changed jobs to another institute, there might have been a miscommunication between whether she was already registered or not. I did not receive confirmation about her registration, but I thought she was. Since I notice now that the deadline is Friday May 5th, I hope that the paper will not be removed since I am registering anyhow and could present it.

Many thanks for clarifying and apologies for any inconvenience,

Bart

Dear Bart Clarysse,

Please notice that May 5 is the last chance for registration and payment for papers accepted for DRUID23. After May 5, ACCEPTED PAPERS WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE REGISTERED AUTHOR WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROGRAM.

This mail is sent automatically to authors and co-authors of papers accepted for DRUID23 with outstanding registration . We apologize if you have already registered: You may still receive this mail if you have more than one paper accepted under different emails (for instance, if a co-author has used an alternative email address for you). If you have received a receipt for your registration and payment, you do not need to take any action.

Further details about conditions and registration/payment procedure are provided in the decision email.

For registration and payment, please visit the conference web site at www.druid.dk and logon to your DRUID account from the DRUID23 conference page. Registration can be found by clicking the link "My registration" after logon to the conference.

We look forward to seeing you in Lisbon!

Best wishes
Mark Lorenzen
