Emne: Re: [Druid] DRUID Academy 2024: Decision regarding your paper

Dear Martin,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Yuxi Cheng, and I am an assistant professor at the University of Liverpool Management School. I am writing to inquire about a matter concerning my upcoming travel to Denmark.

I am very excited that my paper could be accepted to the Druid Academy 2024, and I was wondering if this email could be considered a formal invitation, which would support my application for a business visa to Denmark. As you might be aware, a visa is essential for me to cross the national border.

Furthermore, during the visa application process, it is required to provide details of a contact person in Denmark for the business type visa applications. In this regard, I would be really grateful if you could advise whether it would be possible to use someone’s contact information for this purpose.

I appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and look forward to your guidance.

Warm regards,

Best,

Yuxi

Dear Yuxi Cheng ,
Paper ID: 70445 , Paper title: " It’s (NOT) my Game: Green Talent Realignment's Divergent Impact on Stakeholders in CSI Firms "

We are pleased to inform you that your submission: " It’s (NOT) my Game: Green Talent Realignment's Divergent Impact on Stakeholders in CSI Firms " has been accepted for presentation at the DRUID Academy 2024. We received more than 120 high-quality submissions for this conference and the selection process has been challenging given a high level of interesting abstracts submitted for the 60 open spots.

Time has now come to logon to conference website (www.druid.dk) and upload your full paper in an unlocked PDF format. Papers must not exceed 10.000 words including figures, references, appendices, foot- or end-notes etc. DO NOT MAKE A NEW SUBMISSION, however, click on the title of your abstract under "My paper submission(s)" in the right hand column. Here you can change details of the paper (Title, abstract etc.) and in the bottom you are able to upload the PDF-file.

This paper upload process must be completed before December 11, 2023 at the very latest. If the paper is not uploaded before this deadline, you run the risk of not being included in the program.

Submission of a paper grants permission to DRUID to include it in the conference material and to place it on the DRUID website.

IMPORTANT: Payment of the conference fee Euro 300 should be done through the conference website under 'Payment' in the blue banner by December 11, 2023. If you miss to pay the conference fee by DECEMBER 11, 2023 your SUBMISSION will be AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED (abstract/paper) from the conference program.

VISA: Please consult the authorities for visa requirements if not holding a European Union or North American passport.

It is only possible for one author from each paper to participate in the conference. Please note that all early career researchers will be assigned to discuss the paper of a fellow early career researcher. Please also note that we strongly advise you to plan for participation in the entire conference. We will not be able to accommodate special wishes for program changes.

The final program for the DRUID Academy 2024 will be available at the conference website by December 20, 2023.

At the conference website under `Practical info’ you can find information on how to reach the conference venue and a list of accommodations in Odense is also there. It is important that you inform DRUID organizers of special dietary requirements such as gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.
