[Druid] Cancellation

Dear Druid, I am writing this email to cancel my participation for the DRUID conference due to personal emergency situation. I couldn’t find anywhere on the website how to do it so I am sending this email instead as today is the last day to be refund in half. Could you please let me know if there is any other way to request the cancellation? I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience and missing the conference. My receipt number is 000006668.
