Developing the Leaders Programme for you

We continue to develop the Leaders Programme for the year, and specifically to address support for CEOs / Executive Heads and their Board Chairs / Presidents.

We want to understand the governance processes, culture and structure of your board, what are the most important issues to improve in governance and what conversations are most important between the officers and executive.

In our survey form there are only 11 questions (with a predicted completion time of only 11 minutes, and more than half the questions are optional).

Please contribute to make this a success for you. We will share a few charts and graphs with contributors of the statistical data.

European Leaders Summit - Call for Speakers

The European Association Leaders online summit will take place on 8-9 June.

The summit is being developed with association leaders and we wish to present thought-provoking ideas and valuable learning from key opinion leaders. Shared challenges are identified and discussed in a collegiate environment where association leaders can take part in confidential discussions. The programme will comprise five core areas: Leadership, Governance, Member Focus, Business and financial sustainability, with presentations and discussions in each area, carefully facilitated so as to enable maximum participation and value.
