I am writing you this email following the Druid conference 2018 in which I took part 3 weeks ago.

I take the opportunity to thank you again for the conference. It was very rich and academically valuable.

As every submission, mine is in open access on the conference website.

I realize that this could be a problem when I will submit my research to an academic journal.

Some electronic submission management systems could consider that as plagiarism, and some journals may consider that as a previous publication. Even if I will modify the paper before submission to a journal, notably regarding comments I received during the conference, this risks to still be a problem.

This is why I kindly ask you if you could, please, remove the PdF file from your website.

I am a PhD student and - regarding the impact of publications on scholar careers -  this issue is critical for me.
