I'm writing about the Association Leaders Symposium we are organising on 23 & 24 January (online). 

It's been developed to address the leadership challenges our members have frequently told us about - in particular the association leadership model of Executive Head and volunteer Elected Board Chair/President. Many of your peers have told us how it takes too much time establish an effective working / decision-making relationship with their President / Chair, alongside dealing with governance, strategy and organization issues. 

If you feel you could be more effective quicker with your next President / Chair, could we have a short call so I can tell you a bit more about how this event can help you and has helped hundreds of other associations?  If you could let me have a couple of time slots over the coming two weeks, I'll confirm back to you with a video meeting invitation.
