No worries - I know these things happen. Attached the invoice with all the details. 

I included the amount for the airline tickets, and also receipts for local travel (to/from airport to hotel and to/from hotel to conference venue), which I forgot about when I sent the original email. The roundtrip airline tickets were $1886.35, and the total for local travel was 126.19 euros. All the receipts are attached.

I've included all my bank details in the invoice. If you need anything else, please just let me know. Thanks!

I was just informed that you have never received any feedback of your trip to DRUID23, Portugal. This is very embarrassing as I was sure this was taken care of long time ago.

I hope you are well. Thanks for all your help with DRUID! The conference was an absolute highlight for me - and I thoroughly enjoyed the debate I participated in. And wow - what a fantastic location as well. 

 

I'm able to cover "incidentals" related to DRUID with my own research budget (local travel to airport, transportation while at DRUID, etc). But I do need the flights reimbursed (SLC to Lisbon and back). I kept an eye out on flight prices for a number of weeks, but they kept hovering at $1700-$2100 for the roundtrip (in economy class). So I ended up with tickets around $1800. The attached has the receipt for the flight ticket, and then I also took a picture of my boarding passes (just in case those are needed).

 

If you need anything else from me, please just let me know.
