Yes, as mentioned before, Christoph and I would like to hear more about options for a lunch right after the PDW for the speakers and the participants. We are thinking of something for about 30 people (we would confirm the exact number around end of May if that is OK)? We will limit the second part of the event to 30’ish participants, and make it open to everyone for the first part (but only those accepted for the second part would get lunch). We have some funds from the People Hub and Taylor & Francis but if you already have options we can look at to know more about the costs and food alternatives, it would be great to know.

We will advertise the event very soon on different channels and already look forward to it!

Many thanks for your submission of a proposal for a PDW for DRUID24. I am happy to be able to inform you that your proposal has been approved.

The PDWs are scheduled for Thursday, June 13, 9:00-12:00. Please show up before 9:00 at the conference information counter (see venue details on the conference home page) to register and be assigned to a room for the PDW. The room contains all the usual A/V equipment, and DRUID will provide coffee and refreshments. If you want us to provide further catering (such as lunch) at a cost, please let us know ASAP, and we will help with the arrangements.

Before May 15, please send us an updated short description of the PDW of no more than half a page for the print and online conference program. Please consult format examples from earlier years’ DRUID conference programs:
