Our members continue to experience a lot of change in their associations: disruption of the business-model, adoption of more digital services and pressure on revenue sources, to name a few.  Improving communication during this period of change, especially in our conversations, will make a huge difference to the association's effectiveness.

To support you with this, I am pleased to announce the AAE "Changing Conversations: Changing Outcomes" programme. It can support you as an association executive and your volunteers, to bring your best and grow your capabilities, driving your association to exceptional results.

The programme comprises: 

• Monthly articles on aspects of achieving change through conversations
• Four masterclasses over the next 12 months
• The opportunity for your association to have its own bespoke programme of training & coaching.

Our partner in this programme, John Scarrott, is a professional coach (ICF PCC Credentialed) and trainer with a background in communications in associations.  John has been supporting AAE members with coaching and training for the last five years and last year, various AAE members worked closely with John to improve their conversations to deliver more effectively. Out of this, developed the 'Changing Conversations: Changing Outcomes" programme.

We would like to ask for your help in determining the themes for the 4 Changing Conversations Masterclasses. Please tell us, which of the 9 areas in your organisation you would like us to run Changing Conversations Masterclasses. We will then announce the four with the most votes and when they will take place. By voting you have the opportunity to not only shape the programme but also receive a 10% discount on places booked.
