Jeanette

I am pleased to announce the Association Leaders Symposium 2024 that we are holding in January, after its great success the last two years. This key leadership development opportunity brings together Executive Directors and Presidents/Chairs, specifically to improve working together and to define priorities.

The Symposium takes place on 29-30 January. The online format has been very well received with Presidents/Chairs delighted to be able to fit the event around their schedule without having to travel.

Critical aspects of association leadership and governance are addressed so as to optimise your partnership, create a mutual return and foster effective governance. The programme addresses five key areas:

The interactive format for each topic includes:

> You can view the more detailed agenda at the website here.
> If you would like the full Programme in PDF format, please go here.

Once again, we draw on the expertise of Jim Meffert and Cheryl Williams, world leading experts in association governance, who I will be supporting throughout.

If you have an interest in making your relationship and the 'leadership' more effective, I'd be delighted to talk to you about the symposium.  Please choose when you would like to talk using the link below:

Do email me if you have any questions in the meantime.
