Dear DRUID team, My co-authors and I just submitted a paper (crossing our fingers that it will be accepted). In any case, I have a question: I am pregnant, and at the time of the DRUID conference, I will be in week 34. I want to ask if this case has an "adjusted" cancellation policy. It is impossible for me (at the registration deadline) to estimate how I will be doing in June. In the event of a cancellation (due to medical reasons), would it be possible to get a refund of the registration fee? I could, of course, also submit a medical certificate. As a PhD student, I only have a limited amount of funding available; that is why registering would be a great risk if the registration fee were completely lost.
