[Druid] Certificate of participation

Hello, I would like to download my participation certificate, as my university recognizes conference presentations as hours of doctoral training. The issue is, I encounter a "500 internal server" error when I click the link on my account on the druid website to download said certificate. Is there anyway I could get it by email please?
