How long does it take you before you are working most effectively with your association's new President / Chair?  That's not just a shared culture, but also how you come to make decisions together and work with the main board. However long it is, DRUID Society Danish Research Unit on Industrial Dynamics could benefit from being quicker and probably more effective.

At the Association Leaders Symposium (online), Executive Heads and Chairs / Presidents of associations attend together.
