Allow me to introduce myself, Amanda Papa and I am responsible for international events at São Paulo Convention & Visitors Bureau, a not-for-profit organization, supported by the local tourism industry whose main goal is to promote, attract, generate and increase events which will multiply the flow of visitors to the city of São Paulo.

Through our researches, we noticed that the DRUID Society Conference -DRUID- is an itinerant event whose host city for the next edition is still unconfirmed and it would be our very great honor to stage this important event in São Paulo.

If you consider the possibility, I kindly ask you to connect us with the Brazilian members of the DRUID Society Danish Research Unit on Industrial Dynamics so we can discuss on how to help them to bring this event to São Paulo and make it a huge success. 

I also would like to ask you to send us the RFP (Request for Proposal) or the Guideline files updated.

Among the items available on a free basis for associations are:

• Consultancy for events to be held in São Paulo

• Development of the project, letters of institutional support and preparation of the bidding book;

• Study of the required infrastructure and support for the inspection visit

• Recommendation of local suppliers (including the company for the capture of resources)

• Suggestions and options for acquiring partnerships

• Promotion of São Paulo at a previous edition of the event or at events the organizers consider relevant

• Publicity for the confirmed event on Visite São Paulo social medias

• Promotional material for the city (electronic, photos and videos. Printed by availability)

• Disclosure of "Acontece SP", research of a cultural programes that will happen in the period of the event

• Free advising to identify events related to the interests of the client.
