Dear Conference Organisers, I would like to congratulate you on the excellent organization of the 2023 conference. I am very satisfied with your choice of letting me present in session 26 and discuss in session 99. Nonetheless, I cannot let you ignore the fact that my discussion in session 99 was not fully presented, especially for the third paper, because the chair Dr. An was deliberately, repetitively and unreasonably stingy with time, although I agreed to discuss the papers at the very end. I regret the fact that the third presenter did not receive an appropriate amount of comments from my discussion on how to constructively improve the paper. My feelings are that both the presenters and attendees were eager to stimulate a broader debate on the presented papers irrespectively of time. I hope that this message might at least help you to build a better program in the future.
