Error in Druid Conference Submission Portal

Dear Sir or Madam, I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to you concerning an error that occurs in the Druid conference submission system. In detail, I am not able to insert my co-authors in the submission and an error notification pops up. Please see the screenshot below. Having tried different browsers, the issue continues so I guess the error is system-related. As I am not able to change the authors, I submit the paper without their names. It would be great if you could add the following authors to the submission with the number 70115: Raffaella Cagliano and Henk Volberda. I further attach the PDF of the paper for the sake of completeness but I hope my upload in the system was successful. Submission website not working?

Hi DRUIDs, I'm trying to submit a paper but once I've filled everything out and uploaded the document (getting a "document uploaded successfully" notification), nothing seems to happen when I press the "Create paper" button. I'm also not sure what exactly I'm agreeing to when I tick the "I agree" box as it doesn't seem to have any text associated with it.. I'm using Chrome as my web browser. Any ideas about what could be going wrong and how to get my submission in? Thanks, Dmitry
