Double payment

Hello  I am Kyung Yul Lee and attending Druid 2021 conference. I paid the registration fee for attending the conference. However, the payment was made twice due to a payment error. The payment was made on August 31st, and the time is 1:29 am and 1:32 am local time in Denmark. The card number starts with 5584 2040. Could you please cancel the first payment out of the two payments? I contacted a Korean credit card company, and the credit card company said that the payment can be canceled only if the conference cancels it directly. Can you send me an email after canceling the payment? Please send me an email if you need any documents related to the cancellation of payment. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you.
